Complete controls engineering for the Toledo South paint shop conveyor system. Scope includes hardware & software engineering, control panel build and start-up / debug. FIS and AVI were also implemented into the system design. Plant is currently in “facility launch” phase.

DCS was contracted to upgrade the conveyor controls system in paint to produce the new Ford Explorer. This entailed:-

• PLC 5 to Control Logix upgrades throughout the entire conveyor system.
• VFD upgrades throughout the complete conveyor system.
• AVS system wide upgrade
• FIS system wide upgrade

DCS implemented the controls upgrades to the MAP Process equipment to produce the new Ford Ranger Pickup. This entailed :-

• Phosphate / Ecoat upgrades.
• ASH upgrades.
• Boiler Upgrades.
• De-Wax system addition.

DCS was contracted to  modify and upgrade the conveyor system in paint to produce the new Ford Ranger pick-up truck. This entailed:-

• Modification and additions to the conveyor.
• PLC 5 to Control Logix upgrades throughout the entire conveyor system.
• VFD upgrades throughout the complete conveyor system.
• AVS system wide upgrade
• Develop and implement new conveyor interface to ASRS system.
• FIS upgrades
